1. Delivery Area

We offer shipping all over Pakistan, covering all major cities and remote areas through our reliable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Post Ex or M&P).

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3-5 working days.

  • Working Days: Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered working days.

Important Note: If you are purchasing items for a specific departure date for Hajj or Umrah, we recommend placing your order at least 10 days in advance to account for any unforeseen courier delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide for your convenience.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready when the rider arrives.

  • As per courier policy, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment. If there is any issue with the product after opening, please refer to our Return Policy.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parcel.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the receiver being unavailable or the address being incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.
